CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. This charge will be charged to your card on file at time of cancellation or if you fail to communicate after being later than 15 minutes/no showing. To avoid this charge and forfeiting your deposit, please cancel or reschedule before this window. I also acknowledge and agree to send Emma my nail inspiration pictures through DM, email, or phone number.
